The Lumina Spark tool provides a highly interactive experience, in which participants complete an individualised psychometric profile tool called a Lumina Portrait.
Unlike most psychometric profiles available, no Lumina Portrait response is ‘right’ or ‘wrong’. Lumina values the complexities of the human character, by acknowledging, for example, that someone can be both ‘accommodating’ and ‘tough’, ‘flexible’ and ‘structured’.
The Lumina Portrait provides a framework for better self-understanding and helps people identify how to improve their working relationships with others. The Lumina Portrait
The questionnaire takes 10 minutes to complete, and results in a highly-personalised portrait which accurately maps out the candidate’s persona, by breaking down to what extent twenty-four core qualities make up their personality.
These results are clearly presented via a colour-coded report which draws conclusions on the candidate’s character; for example, what their preferences are, and how they relate to others. In addition to highlighting their strengths to build on, it shines a light on potential blind spots. Depending on your preferences, the extent to which they demonstrate certain characteristics can help you determine if they are the right person for you.
