User Experience Lead Designer
Circa £50k salary plus benefits

Our client is a leading travel company and global brand. We’re looking for a highly experienced UX Designer to join a large user experience and design team in a lead role. You will be leading the design, innovation and the communication of design throughout the projects you’ll be leading.

You will have worked on large, transactional web sites/applications. You will be a creative thinker who will be able to bring new and exciting ideas to the team. It’s vital that you are able to lead design choices, solve complex problems and present solutions that creative an incredible user experience.

Experience:
• A proven track record in user experience design, prior experience in eCommerce/transactional sites preferred
• Proficient in Omnigiraffle/Visio
• Experience in full lifecycle UCD projects
• Experience of redesign projects preferred
• Experience in leading a small UX team
• Writing, carrying out and evaluating user testing and usability testing
